The objective of the panel is to discuss ways and means to protect migrant women's rights throughout the migration process in Europe, taking into account the gender dimension of migration and devising cohrent migration policies promoting respect for human rights and integration in the European region. The panel will also discuss ways and means to remedy the effects of the financial crisis on migrant women in the European region.
