Migrants’ countries of origin shouldn’t be involved in EU integration policy

The European Network Against Racism (ENAR) is concerned about the Commission proposals for a ‘Second European Agenda for Integration’ that shifts responsibility from national governments to migrants’ countries of origin, and reflects the EU’s approach to migration, focusing on policing migration flows in order to reduce ‘illegal’ immigration.
