This Joint Civil Society Declaration and Recommendations on Migration, Development and Human Rights and the Future of the Global Forum on Migration and Development was submitted to governments attending the 3rd Global Forum on Migration and Development in Athens (4-5 November 2009). The declaration is signed by participants in the People's Global Action parallel event.
