EU: Council meeting agrees draft regulation on social security entitlements
The Council agreed on a draft regulation designed to ensure that third country nationals who are legally resident in the EU and who are in a cross-border situation are subject to the same rules for
coordinating social security entitlements as European citizens (10442/10). Proposal for a Council Regulation is attached.
